Returns and exchanges

THREAD TRADERS does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including returns because an item does not fit or you no longer want it. Please review the listing, photos, measurements and disclosed condition before purchasing. Contact urbanloops@gmail.com before ordering if you need additional item information.

Wrong, damaged or misdescribed items

If you receive the wrong item, an item damaged in transit, or an item with a significant issue that was not disclosed in the listing, contact urbanloops@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
